Alright it might have been a little bit past curfew for the students in Hogwarts, but that didn't always stop the girl from Ravenclaw. There was a set amount of points per year she really didn't mind loosing, and it had taken her a little while to get that number down to a science. Any points she earned in class would go to that number about fifty percent, so hopefully in the end she'd come out with more pluses than minuses. In the mean time if she wanted to say something to a teacher, she would. If she thought someone wasn't being far, heck yeah she'd point them out on it no matter who it happened to be. Other than that she kept quiet, and to herself. Answering questions in class so the teachers could move on if no one else would answer them. Getting good marks on the homework she turned in, and on most of her tests. She didn't really try for top marks, not if it wasn't the dreaded O.W.l or N.E.W.T's. It was almost like every other test didn't even matter, except to gauge where you were. That was how she took it.
Tonight she sat on top of the tower, a bit close to the edge but she didn't really mind. Few people actually came up at this time of night. Her hair was down, and despite the slightly chilly night air she wore a sleeveless shirt. No jacket or scarf, letting the wind nip at her shoulders. She had her knife on her, like her want it was simply a part of her and she'd feel lost without them. With a brief sigh she leaned back on her elbows, enjoying the starry night stretched above her.

Tucker hadn't been paying attention to the time. That wasn't unusual for him, or a lot of the other Ravenclaws, but it was never good to be out of the common room too late. However, with the countless books to read, things to research, and of course the homework that interrupted all of that, it was easy for a student who spent all their time thinking about other things to lose track of time. It was never particularly important to Tucker anyway. Timeliness was always relative.
Unable to get comfortable in the common room, Tucker had left the Ravenclaw common room and found himself wandering. Not long after he left, his feet had guided himself to the top of the Astronomy Tower. It was there that he finally realized that darkness had fallen and it was later than he realized. As he stood in the doorway, he wondered for a moment if he'd been so lost in his thoughts about the seven uses of dragon's blood and if there were possibly more that he'd missed dusk or if had been later than he'd expected when he left the common room. He decided on the later. He shook his head a little to clear his thoughts and noticed someone sitting near the edge of the tower.
Tucker smiled to himself as he recognized Rhiannon from afar. Quietly, he walked closer to her and sat next to her. "'Ello," he said softly as he turned his brown eyes to the school grounds. They were quiet and peaceful at this time of night. They gave no signs of political unrest or any unease in the magical world. It brought a small smile to his lips.

Sure, person. Rhiannon noticed them the moment they came upon the roof. They hadn't said anything to her just yet, so she continued to enjoy the feeling of cold wind on her arms. She had scars on her arms, and shoulder blades. It was visible, along with the always visible on across her cheek. She never cared about them though, and normally people were to polite to ask anyway. She'd answer if they wanted it, it was normally something she'd have to ask if they were sure they wanted that answer though. Not many people seemed to like it when a child was beaten. Oh well, she was pretty much over it by now. She had a family who adopted her, and she loved them. No reason to dwell in the past.
A familiar voice, though she couldn't put a name. Glancing to the side she saw the bit of black hair, and the razor marks on his head. “Heya.” she replied simply. If she remembered right he was one of the ones she didn't mind too much, a passing word here or there. He seemed nice enough. His attire and hair, and the weird things in his ears where kind of stand out in the old rather traditional school. So unlike other people, she actually did pretty well recognizing him, even if she didn't have a clue to his name.
